The case is filled first thing and restocked once mid-morning, and what is in it depends on the day. Croissants and scones anchor it, muffins and coffee cake fill it out, and there is usually a cookie or a bar for the afternoon crowd. We order to what a normal day actually sells rather than stacking the case to look full, so late in the day the shelf is honestly thinner.
If you want something specific held for you, call in the morning and we will set it aside with your name on it. Weekends run out earlier than weekdays. Anything sweet here shares a kitchen and a case with wheat, dairy, and nuts, so tell us about an allergy up front and we will tell you plainly what is safe and what is not.
