Cold brew is steeped in cold water overnight and filtered the next morning, so it comes out smooth and low in the sharp edges that hot coffee gets when you pour it over ice. We serve it straight, cut with water, or over milk, and we keep it stocked heavier in summer because the lake brings the whole town past the door on a warm Saturday.
Iced espresso drinks are built on shots pulled fresh and poured over ice right then, never on coffee that has been sitting in a pitcher. Iced tea, lemonade, and cold chocolate cover the people in your group who are not drinking coffee. Ask for it less sweet and we will make it less sweet.
